The facilitator will lead you through a series of mindfulness, somatic, and interactive practices that will allow you to reconnect with your authentic and inner self through your mind, body, and spirit. 

During this workshop, you will learn:

• simple and effective tools that will allow you to maintain inner peace regardless of external circumstances

• how to be able to live more in the present and find joy from moment to moment

• how to tap into your inner power and realize your potential

Angela Choi is a life coach and writer who believes deeply in the power of mindfulness and self-love. Originally from New York City, Angela completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India and has studied various wellness modalities in Thailand, Mexico, and Ecuador.
