After years of being concentrated in George Town, comedy is finally coming to Tanjung Bungah!


BLARNEY is a brand-new show featuring comedians from Penang and Kuala Lumpur.

The venue, Don Corleone Pizza, is a pizza parlour in Straits Quay, Penang’s one and only marina mall.


For our first show, we’re featuring award-winning comedians JULIANA HENG and SHAQ!

Coming from Kuala Lumpur, Juliana Heng is making a quick stop in Penang before heading off for this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Shaq is no stranger to Penang, having been an island girl before moving to KL, after which she’s made a name for herself in Malaysia and beyond.

Hosting the show is Penang’s self-proclaimed “best comedian”, Garu.
