Tickets Purchase Terms & Conditions:

Ticket Sales:

• Tickets are available for purchase on a first-come first-served basis.
• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Payment & Confirmation:

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive an E-Ticket confirmation via WhatsApp. Please keep this for reference and to claim your wristband on the event day, starting 1 hour before the event begins.

Entry & Seating:

• Upon claiming your wristband, it will grant you access for the entire day, the competition, or the gala night, depending on the type of pass you receive.
• Please select your seating as you enter. It is open seating.
• Latecomers may be asked to wait for a suitable break in the performance to be seated.

Lost E-Ticket or Wristband:

• Lost of E-Tickets will not be reissued, and no refunds will be provided.

Event Changes and Cancellations:

• In the unlikely event that the dance event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via the contact information provided during the purchase.
• In case of a canceled event, ticket holders will receive a refund equal to the ticket's value.

Photography and Recording:

• No unauthorized photography and videography is allowed during the dance concert.
• The use of flash photography and recording devices may be prohibited.

Conduct and Etiquette:

• Please be respectful of performers and fellow audience members by refraining from disruptive behavior, talking loudly, or using mobile phones during the dance performance in progress.

Venue Rules:

• Attendees are expected to comply with the rules and regulations of the venue hosting the dance event.

Health and Safety:

• The organizers and venue reserve the right to enforce health and safety measures as required by local authorities and public health guideline.

Refusal of Entry:

• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or reject any ticket holder who violates these terms and conditions or engages in disruptive behavior.
