What Is HYROX?
 

HYROX follows a standardised race format worldwide. Each race consists of 8 functional workout stations, with a 1km run before every station, making it a true test of both stamina and strength.

Athletes complete the following sequence:

  • 1000m SkiErg

  • 50m Sled Push

  • 50m Sled Pull

  • 80m Burpee Broad Jumps

  • 1000m Row

  • 200m Farmers Carry

  • 100m Sandbag Lunges

  • 100 Wall Balls
     

Each workout is separated by a 1km run, totalling 8km of running.
